Custom Design
CIM can discuss the design of your new computer in your own home, at a time that suits you. We make it simple and easy to design a computer system that will allow you to grow and do your work, whilst making sure the cost is as minimal as possible.

The computer will then be assembled and delivered to your door as well as professionally set up for you. CIM will then customise the new computer strictly to your preference, and we can even add various security software. If tutorials or instructions are need we can provide them as well.

Installation
When you buy a computer from a shop you may still have a lot of trouble setting it up for the first time. CIM can help by setting up already bought computers all in the exact way you specify. We can hide annoying cables, and finish off computer setups so that your new computer is easily accessible, yet not in an unsightly location. We can also output computer video to TV's, Plasma's or LCD TV's for in home entertainment systems.

We can clean new computers of unwanted software and also further customise it to what you want saving you hours of trouble. We can load pre bought software or even offer new software as well as setup email accounts all quickly and at your home.

Repair
Has your tired old screen died? Has your computer suddenly just stopped turning on? Or perhaps your hard drives is making some strange noises. CIM will come to you, diagnose and fix any and all computer hardware problems as quickly as possible. If something has broken, CIM can normally fix or replace the part the same day, 7 days a week.

Upgrade
CIM offers a range of upgrades for every computer. We can come to your house and install DVD burners, bigger Hard Drives, more RAM, faster CPU's or even multiple desktop monitors. We can come to you, even after business hours and offer advice on what the best upgrades would be based on your needs.

Tuition
CIM offer the possibility of home tutoring in how to properly operate computers and their programs. If you've ever wanted to know how to install computer hardware components, make your own DVD video's, build your own computer, learn how to use word, excel or power point in a more extensive way, CIM can help.
